Add Get Verified feature to credentials & profile

Currently, a credential from a user or issuer not in our Trust Registry has an orange ‘?’ next to it.

There should be an option, both from that ‘?’ and from your profile to Become Verified. More than that, there should be a ‘Verified Learner’, ‘Verified Learning Provider’, ‘Verified State Agency’ tag, etc. in addition to Verified Issuer.

There are a number of different ways to handle this, I think from a tech & social perspective.

  1. Simple Form - users complete a simple form with some of their information, what they do, and what role they should be verified under. An LEF person can then review the form submission and add to the Trust Registry. The exact contents of this form are TBD.

  2. KYC + Form - individuals can complete a KYC process using an embedded KYC tool to become a Verified Learner. Didit looks cool. Once we get a proper KYC done, can turn them into a Verified Learner. Then we can issue that KYC as a reusable one. For organizations that want to become Verified Learning Provider, they still have to fill out a form and be reviewed.

The exact mechanics and privacy concerns probably need to be talked through, but I think the general flow is -

Click Verify Yourself (profile) > Fill out form/do KYC > Human or AI verification somewhere > Verification complete
