This release improves how course credentials appear, makes duplicate credential claims safer, expands ScoutPass into four languages, and strengthens accessibility across LearnCard’s core experiences.

Course Credentials Now Look Like Courses

Standalone Open Badges 3.0 Course credentials now use the same course-focused display found inside Comprehensive Learner Records.

When supported course metadata is present, LearnCard organizes evidence, issuer information, alignments, and other course details into a purpose-built course view instead of displaying the credential as a generic record.

This creates a more consistent experience whether a course appears independently or as part of a larger learner record.

Safer Duplicate Credential Claims

LearnCard can now recognize when a learner attempts to claim a credential that is already in their wallet.

Depending on the situation, the learner can skip the duplicate, save another copy, or cancel the action. Completed claim links also avoid reopening unnecessarily.

These checks apply across LearnCard’s major credential-claiming flows and make repeated or accidentally reopened issuance links less confusing.

ScoutPass in Four Languages

ScoutPass is now available in English, Spanish, French, with Arabic undergoing some final beta testing and improvements.

The experience supports dynamic language switching, localized dates and times, translated Boost presets, and will support right-to-left layouts for Arabic. Account language preferences are also synchronized so server-generated notifications can use the selected language.

A follow-up fix restored Network search when selecting Boost recipients.

Stronger Accessibility Across Core Flows

This release introduces a broad set of accessibility improvements, including:

• Better keyboard navigation

• Clearer semantic page structure

• Improved labels for assistive technology

• A skip-to-main-content link

• More reliable focus management

• Reduced-motion support

• More accessible cards, toggles, forms, and modal windows

• Safer modal positioning on mobile devices

Also in this release

• AI experiences now distinguish between quota, rate-limit, timeout, and service-availability problems instead of repeatedly retrying failed requests.

• Dashboard typography, spacing, icons, and action buttons received another design refinement pass.
