LearnCard ChangeBlog #35: 10.20.26

Welcome back to another LearnCard ChangeBlog!
This release gives professional qualifications their own home, brings more complete learning records, and improves credential collection and sharing controls.
A Home for Your Qualifications
Licenses and supported professional credentials now have a dedicated Qualifications category.
Qualifications work throughout Passport navigation, credential issuing, sharing, activity filters, and Resume Builder, giving these records a consistent home across LearnCard.
A More Complete Learning Record
Learning records can include much more than courses.
CLRs in LearnCard now preserve and display a wider range of records, including qualifications, memberships, activities, and other supplied achievements. Detail views better distinguish the transcript publisher from individual record issuers and assessors, while preserving available dates, evidence, results, and relationships.
Layouts for Military and General Records
Military and general learner records no longer have to look like academic transcripts.
Dedicated layouts organize these collections across full-page, card, and embedded views, while academic records retain their course-focused presentation.
Optional Private Sharing History
Eligible accounts can choose to keep an encrypted history of supported credential presentations.
Review recorded activity and the credentials included, turn recording off, or clear history without deleting credentials. A follow-up fix also resolves cases where history could remain stuck loading.
History records a send or handoff, not confirmation that the receiving application accepted the credentials.
More Control Over Published Resumes
Published resumes and downloadable PDFs now use encrypted attachments and follow the same passcode, expiration, and stop-sharing controls.
Republishing an associated active resume updates its existing link instead of creating another sharing entry. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
More Reliable Credential Acceptance
We fixed browser-based credential acceptance getting stuck on "Accepting..." and refreshed the receive and review interface.
Retries, cancellation, and duplicate handling are more reliable. Related syncing fixes help prevent one failed credential from blocking others and ensure credentials save before acceptance completes.
